Coldstore Construction Ltd, established in Nelson in 1995, Coldstore Construction has been an integral part of the New Zealand insulated panel industry for nearly 30 years. Our vast experience throughout Nelson, Marlborough and the West Coast region has allowed us to cater to the needs of a wide range of services and projects – from freezers and cool stores, processing factories, to modular buildings and paneling.

Our team comprises of highly skilled, trade qualified staff based in Nelson and Marlborough, who take pride in manufacturing high-quality and durable solutions for industrial, commercial and residential customers. We back our work with product warranties, workmanship warranties and producer statements, provided on completion.
We’re dedicated to providing ongoing support for our customers, and we’ll always be there for any parts or maintenance that you require.
With Blenheim and Nelson based facilities Coldstore Construction can supply ongoing support for our customers. We stock most parts and materials and have personal for projects of all sizes, maintenance, and urgent breakdowns.

The safety of our staff and customers is very important to us which is reflected in our achievement of being Site Wise accredited. We train our employees in site safety to ensure compliance with NZ approved codes of practice and to make sure everyone gets home safely at the end of the day.
